What they don't mention is that the base is weighted, so the glass and its holder stay put! This does NOT have a top to hold toothbrushes but is just a very attractive glass.

The tumblers and holders are wonderful. We use them as toothbrush holders. They make it easy for the kids to keep the sinks clear and clean. They look good, too!
